DVD Library Catalogue

The DVD library catalogue is for use by TLC staff and students only.

DVD help

Our DVDs are duplicated, not replicated. This means that occasionally the DVDs will not play on a small number of DVD players. If you have any problems, please read this guide first and complete the following checklist before ringing the TLC AV Department for help.

Problem: My DVD won't play

  • Have you checked if the disc is clean and scratch-free?
  • Does a different disc play ok?
  • Have you tried playing the DVD in another DVD player?
  • Have you tried playing it on your computer?

If you are still having problems please note down the make and model of your DVD player then ring the AV department.They will be able to help you with any technical problems you are having.
